Establish in 2000, we are a locally own and family run business and we have proudly been serving Bakersfield and its surrounding Kern County area with great pride and enthusiasm for thirteen years. As a team, We stride to give our clients the best we can when it comes to making their special occasion a memorable one.
My catering experience comes from my parents. My mother work for La Bonita Tortilla Factory. As for my father work as a cook for about 17 years at Happy Jack’s. It was through them that I learn my work ethic, honestly, respect, dignity, and most of my knowledge and experience in preparing meals.
I also have to give recognition to my mentor and good friend Chef Patrick Coyle, has always given me great advise and is my toughest critic when it comes to creating my menus. But I wouldn’t have it any other way.
From traditional Mexican food to Tri – tip, Grilled Chicken our menus are fresh and homemade.
We can cater for any type of event; from Weddings to Quinceaneras, to company parties or private parties. No party to big or small.
Also we enjoy assisting school clubs, and churches in fundraising
